UplinkMesh Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UplinkMesh macOS application, related websites, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by UplinkMesh, LLC (“UplinkMesh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

• App Store purchases follow Apple’s billing and refund policies.
• Direct purchases or marketplace transactions follow their respective payment partners’ policies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Applicable taxes remain your responsibility.

• Follow all applicable laws and respect the rights of others.
• Do not distribute malware or attempt to access other accounts.
• Do not interfere with, overload, or misuse our infrastructure or APIs.
• Do not falsely imply affiliation with UplinkMesh.

Your use of the Service is governed by the UplinkMesh Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data handling practices described there.

All trademarks, logos, and content within the Service are owned by UplinkMesh, LLC or its licensors. You may not use them without written permission.

If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant UplinkMesh a perpetual, royalty-free license to use or implement that input without obligation to you.

Beta or early-access features are provided “as is.” We may modify or discontinue them at any time without notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UplinkMesh and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to UplinkMesh during that period or (b) $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UplinkMesh, its affiliates, and staff from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.
