What does UplinkMesh do?
UplinkMesh is a macOS-native dashboard that connects your GitHub and Heroku accounts so you can manage projects, commits, and deploys from one place—no terminal commands to remember.
Who is UplinkMesh for?
It’s built for developers, indie builders, and small teams who live between GitHub and Heroku and want a simpler, faster way to manage code and deploys without juggling multiple tools.
Does UplinkMesh support other providers besides GitHub and Heroku?
Right now, UplinkMesh integrates directly with GitHub and Heroku. Support for additional providers like AWS, Vercel, and DigitalOcean is in active development and will roll out to Pro and Lifetime users soon.
Do I need anything else to use UplinkMesh?

UplinkMesh works out of the box for basic project management, commits, and deploy visibility. To unlock advanced workflows—like authenticated repo commands, secret sync, and release automation— you’ll need the official CLI tools installed.

Install the GitHub CLI to enable GitHub-based actions, and install the Heroku CLI to manage releases, rollbacks, and logs.

Do I need to use the command line with UplinkMesh?
No. That’s one of its core advantages. UplinkMesh lets you commit, push, and deploy your code through an intuitive macOS interface.
How many projects can I manage on the free plan?
The free (Lite) plan includes one active project with GitHub and Heroku integrations. Upgrading to Pro unlocks up to 10 projects, and Lifetime users get unlimited.
What’s the difference between the Pro and Lifetime plans?
Both unlock all integrations and automation features. The Pro plan is subscription-based (monthly or yearly), while Lifetime is a one-time purchase that gives you permanent access to all current and future features.
Will my projects or credentials stay secure?
Yes. All authentication and secrets are stored securely using Apple’s native Keychain services. UplinkMesh never shares your credentials or stores them externally.
Does UplinkMesh make actual code changes?
No, UplinkMesh doesn’t modify your code. It simply interfaces with your connected GitHub and Heroku repositories, allowing you to trigger and manage your own actions safely.
Do I need to install anything on my servers?
No setup is required. UplinkMesh connects directly to your GitHub and Heroku accounts through their official APIs—nothing extra to install or configure.
Can I use UplinkMesh with my team?
Currently, UplinkMesh is built for individual developers. A shared team dashboard with role-based access and shared project management is in development.
Is there a roadmap or way to suggest features?
Yes. Pro and Lifetime users get early access to new providers and can submit feature requests directly from the app’s feedback panel.
Does UplinkMesh work offline?
UplinkMesh requires an internet connection to sync with GitHub and Heroku, but you can browse and manage your existing local projects offline.
How do I upgrade?
You can upgrade directly from within the app or through the App Store. Once you upgrade, your new limits and features unlock instantly.
